What should I do when leaving belgium?

The customer undertakes to inform Circle K prior his/her diplomatic mission term in Belgium comes to an end by a written notice to:

Either a postal letter to : Circle K DIPLOMATIC CARDS - Boulevard Anspach 1, boîte 2 - 1000 BRUSSELS,

Or by e-mail :ck.diplomatic@circlekeur.com;

Or by CONTACT on https://diplomatic.circlek.be/en

The card(s) should be cut in two by the customer him/herself and returned to Circle K. During that transition period, and/or after the diplomatic mission term/period, fuel purchases for which Circle K does not receive the approval of the competent authority will be invoiced including excise duty and the value added tax by means of a separate specific invoice.

Circle K Belgium will close your Circle K Diplomatic account only after all your invoices are paid.
