Fleet Diplomatique Card
Your Fleet Diplomatique smart card is valid for 4 years.
When your card expires, it is automatically renewed. You will be notified in advance by e-mail and will receive a new card by post.
Tax-free fuel
The Circle K fuel card ensures superior driving quality. Our fuels, developed by TotalEnergies laboratories and enriched with high-performance additives, preserve your engine, prolong its life and improve your vehicle's efficiency.
With a personalized customer area, you can easily track your fuel consumption and access your PIN code at any time for added convenience.

Electric charging option
If you select this option, you will also benefit from electric charging for your vehicles anywhere in Europe.
This electric charging option costs €1.80 excluding VAT per month plus €0.80 excluding VAT per charge.
Electricity consumption prices then vary according to the charging station and charging speed.
Unlike fuel, this feature is not tax-exempt and is therefore billed separately, including VAT and excise duty.

Ordering your Fleet Diplomatic Duty-Free Card is made easy by a fully automated procedure.
All you need is:
- Your diplomatic identity card,
- Your vehicle plate numbers (the SPF requires 1 plate per card),
- For private users only: your IBAN and BIC/SWIFT.

Conditions of Eligibility
The Circle K Duty Free Diplomatic Fleet Card is reserved for members of the diplomatic corps in Belgium, as well as international institutions, for both official and private use. You are eligible if you fall into one of the following categories:
- Diplomats and members of diplomatic missions.
- Members of embassies.
- Consulates and their members.
- Permanent missions to the European Union and NATO.
- Recognized international organizations, such as the UN, and their staff.
Eligibility is granted on presentation of a valid Belgian diplomatic identity card, bearing a unique protocol number. This number certifies your status and entitles you to the benefits of the Fleet Diplomatic Card, including access to our network of service stations and tax-free fuel.
