Registering and obtaining fuel cards

Obtaining your Fleet Diplomatic Duty-Free Card is made easy thanks to our fully digitized process. Before you start, make sure you have the following to hand: Your diplomatic identity card and The plate numbers of your vehicles (the SPF requires one plate per card). Private users will also need to provide their IBAN and BIC/SWIFT. Once you've prepared this information, just follow a few simple steps to launch your Circle K adventure.

For organizations

  • I access the registration form and enter the protocol number of my mission, embassy or representation, which is automatically verified by the SPF.
  • I fill in the organization's details.
  • I fill in the vehicle license plates, the type of fuel (petrol or diesel), then choose the PIN codes for my cards (1 card per number plate entered). Congratulations, your cards will be delivered to your organization's address.

For private users

  • I access the registration form and enter my protocol number (on my diplomatic identity card), which is automatically verified by the SPF.
  • I fill in my contact details.
  • I add my IBAN and BIC/SWIFT codes.
  • I digitally sign my direct debit.
  • I fill in the license plates of my vehicles, the type of fuel (petrol or diesel), then choose the PIN codes for my cards (1 card per license plate entered). Congratulations, your cards will be delivered to your organization's address.

Order an Additional Duty-Free Fleet Diplomatic Card

Adding an additional tax-free Fleet Diplomatique card to your account is a simple process, whether you're a new member just signing up or an existing member. It is essential to remember that the rule of one license plate number per card is a strict requirement of SPF Douanes et Accises to ensure compliance and traceability.

During registration

When you register, you have the option of immediately adding an additional card. To do so, simply: Provide a unique license plate number for each card requested, in accordance with FPS Customs and Excise guidelines.

After registration

  • Log in to your member area on our website.
  • Go to the "Cards" section.
  • Choose to order an additional card.
  • Enter a separate license plate number for the new card.

It is crucial to stress that each card must be associated with a specific vehicle, via a unique plate number, in accordance with FPS Customs and Excise requirements. For private users, a limit of two cards per user is applied, ensuring proper and compliant use of this service. How do I renew my card?

Your Fleet Diplomatique smart card is valid for 4 years. When your card expires, it is automatically renewed. You will be notified in advance by e-mail and will receive a new card by post.
