What to do at the end of a mission in Belgium?

When you leave Belgium or your mission ends, we receive a notification from the Protocol Directorate informing us of the end of your diplomatic mission in Belgium, and your card is suspended.

As stated in our terms and conditions, if for any reason the card is used after the end of the diplomatic mission or during the transition period of card cancellation, your fuel purchases will be billed with tax and excise on the added value through a specific invoice.

For added security, your cards must be cut in two.

Circle K Belgium will close your Diplomatic customer account only after all your invoices are settled.
