What to do in case of refusal of my tax-free diplomatic card application?

Each card application is automatically verified by the Belgian administration via your protocol number and your diplomatic vehicle's license plate.

 

In case of a refusal by the FPS Finance - Customs and Excise, you will receive an email indicating the reason for the refusal (diplomatic mission ended, protocol number not recognized, unknown registration...).

 

You can then correct the missing information.

 

If after several attempts, your protocol number is still not accepted, please contact the Protocol Directorate at the following address:
